If the item has been opened and used, TUTT may offer a partial refund as a Keep-It option, extended as a courtesy, to help avoid unnecessary disputes.

Opened Items
Opened items must be in like-new condition with no signs of use, except for initial inspection. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
