One-Page Warranty Manufacturer Inspection Instructions
By following this instruction, the customer agrees to the TUTT™ warranty policy and the manufacturer inspection process.
These instructions apply only when your case has completed initial screening and TUTT™ has instructed you to send the product to the Manufacturer Warranty Department. This page does not create warranty approval, repair approval, replacement approval, refund approval, or prepaid shipping authorization.

After receiving authorization, please ship the product to the Manufacturer Warranty Department address below. The full tracking information must be emailed to TUTT™ after shipment so we can update your file.

Your Main Responsibility After Shipping
Once the package is shipped, the only update you need to send to us immediately is the complete tracking information. TUTT™ will upload the tracking information to your file. When the manufacturer or factory inspection team makes a decision, that decision will be provided to you through the available customer-service channel.
- Email the full tracking number to TUTT™ after shipment.
- Include your warranty reference number in the email subject or body.
- Keep the shipping receipt and carrier tracking record until the case is completed.
- Do not send multiple separate updates unless the carrier status changes or TUTT™ requests more information.
Evidence Required Inside the Package
The technician must understand exactly what issue they are checking. The customer is responsible for clearly explaining the problem and providing enough evidence for inspection.
- Include a written description of the defect or issue.
- Explain when the issue started and how it appears.
- Include photos if the issue is visual or display-related.
- Photos may be printed or included on an SD card or storage device if appropriate.
- If the issue happens only during setup, include setup notes, cable details, power details, or device details.
Packaging Requirements
- Use strong protective packaging suitable for international shipment.
- Protect screens, corners, ports, hinges, and fragile parts carefully.
- Only include accessories specifically requested by TUTT™ or needed to demonstrate the issue.
- TUTT™ is not responsible for carrier damage caused by poor packaging.
- Do not ship without tracking.
Shipping and Inspection Notes
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the Manufacturer Warranty Department unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
- The final manufacturer-defect decision is made by the manufacturer, the Manufacturer Warranty Department, or the authorized factory inspection process.
- TUTT™ Canada and Good Dragons coordinate the customer-service workflow, tracking update, and communication flow; they do not replace the factory inspection decision.
- If the manufacturer approves the claim as a verified manufacturer defect, the next step will be communicated to the customer.
- If the claim is denied or no manufacturer defect is found, return handling will follow the applicable warranty policy and non-warranty/no-fault-found process.
