TUTT Store July–August 2025 Updates: New Arrivals & New Shipping Services

This blog post shares the latest updates from TUTT Store for July and the first half of August 2025. Our goal is to keep customers informed about new products and service improvements that enhance your shopping and delivery experience.

The update focuses on two major areas: New Arrivals — introducing our latest wearable technology products, including AI smart glasses and AI sunglasses. New Shipping Services — expanding our logistics with DHL Express to streamline international and cross-border deliveries.

Section 1: New Shipping Services & Cross-Border Duty Updates

Recent changes in Canada–U.S. cross-border shipping rules have a direct impact on how taxes and duties are collected. Previously, shipments under USD $800 were duty-free when entering the United States, this exemption no longer applies, meaning all U.S.-bound shipments are subject to duties and taxes. These charges can be handled in two ways:

• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Duties and taxes are billed to the customer by the carrier at delivery.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are prepaid by the sender, giving the customer a seamless, no-surprise delivery experience.

At TUTT Store, our focus is to simplify this process. For U.S. customers, we are actively integrating DHL Express Duty Paid services at checkout, where available. This ensures that duties and taxes can be paid upfront, eliminating delivery delays and unexpected charges.

International Shipping Beyond the U.S.

Outside of North America, every region has its own tax and duty requirements. For example, VAT in the United Kingdom, EU import duties, and GST in Australia are applied differently. Our shipping system is being continuously updated to align with these rules and provide transparent cost breakdowns at checkout.

Customers in supported regions can now take advantage of DHL “Tax and Duty Paid” checkout, as well as regional carriers such as Purolator, to prepay duties and taxes directly during checkout. This means packages arrive without customs delays or extra doorstep charges.

We are continuously working to expand these automated options to more regions and carriers. The goal is full transparency and automation: customers will always know the exact product price, shipping cost, taxes, duties, or VAT before placing their order. This approach reduces uncertainty and ensures faster, worry-free delivery worldwide.

Section 2: New Arrivals — Smart Glasses & Portable Monitor

As of this update, TUTT Store introduces three new arrivals: two AI-enabled smart eyewear options and a single-screen portable monitor for laptops. Below is a brief technical overview of each.
