TUTT™ may assess eligible portable monitors, laptop screen extenders, smart displays, digital calendars, digital photo frames, and related display products for repair or panel service.
Display Panel Service Notice
LCD, LED, OLED, and similar display panels are precision components that may be affected by localized pressure, impact, handling, mounting stress, or transportation movement. Resulting symptoms may include dark spots, pressure marks, lines, flickering, colour distortion, partial image loss, or no image.
All requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to product condition, parts availability, technical feasibility, and current service capacity.

How It Works
Send us your purchase details, order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We will complete an initial assessment before providing any shipping instructions.
Initial Assessment
Our team reviews the information and confirms whether repair service may be available for the product.
Send the Product
If accepted, we send the service estimate and shipping instructions. The customer ships the product to us.
Repair & Return
Allow up to 7 business days after receipt. Once completed, the product is shipped back to the customer.
Shipping to TUTT: Paid by the customer.
Return shipping: Covered by TUTT after completed service.

Please attach clear photos or video before sending. Do not ship the product until service availability and shipping instructions are confirmed.
72-Hour Inspection Notice: Display panels are sensitive to pressure and impact. Please inspect the repaired product promptly and report any concern with the completed panel service within 72 hours of delivery. The replacement panel and related repair service include no continuing coverage beyond this inspection period.

- Unused, with no identifiable signs of use.
- Individually inspected before being offered for sale.
- Covered by the same standard Return & Refund Policy.
Why a Package May Be Opened
The package may have been opened for inspection, photography, videography, marketing, or returned within 30 days under our unused-return conditions.
