Return Policy – Simple, Fair & Transparent

Aligned with Canadian retail return standards.

At TUTT™, our return and refund process is built around clarity, fairness, and operational integrity. We follow recognized Canadian retail practices, including marketplace return standards used by major Canadian retail platforms, to provide a consistent and transparent customer experience.

Whether you purchased directly from TUTT or through an authorized marketplace partner, each return request is reviewed against defined eligibility criteria so that the process remains fair for customers and practical for product handling, inspection, and resale integrity.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in like-new, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and included components.
  • Products showing signs of use, activation, pairing, registration, installation, software modification, or customer handling beyond inspection are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date using the same email address used at checkout or on the marketplace order.
  • Any damage, wrong item, or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.
  • Drones are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Open Box and Refurbished items follow the same return policy unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inspection & Verification

All returned items are subject to inspection and verification before any refund, exchange, or final return outcome is completed.

  • Each shipment may be documented with internal records, serial tracking, and photo verification before leaving our Ontario facility.
  • High-value products such as portable monitors, laptops, camcorders, smart displays, digital calendars, and electronics with screens or activation features may undergo additional inspection.
  • If a returned product does not meet the return conditions, the return may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the sender.

Return Process

To help us review your return request efficiently, please follow the process below carefully.

Submit your return request within 30 days of purchase using the same email address used at checkout. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, TUTT will provide return instructions. The item must be shipped within 4 business days to the authorized return address provided in the approval instructions.

Our shipping partner / return receiving location accepts tracked packages only. No walk-in or drop-off service is available at that location.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective, wrong, or damaged according to the applicable return review. Photo or video evidence may be required.

If the returned product is confirmed defective, TUTT may reimburse the applicable shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate and approved.

Returns and refunds are inspected and processed within 4 business days after the returned product is received in accordance with this return policy.

Marketplace Purchases

Products purchased through Best Buy Canada Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Marketplace, or another marketplace may also be subject to the platform’s return rules, communication requirements, and order validation process.

TUTT may request the original order number, purchase platform, purchaser name, purchase email address, photos, videos, tracking information, and any relevant marketplace communication before a return request is approved.
