Return Window & Item Issue Reporting
An eligible return may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The return must meet all eligibility and condition requirements below.
An item received damaged, defective, as the wrong item, or not compatible must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item, the order number, and details of the issue with your report.
Prepaid Return Label for Portable Monitors & iLoop™ Products
For eligible direct purchases delivered in Canada, if a Portable Monitor or iLoop™ product is not right for you for any reason, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Once the request is approved, TUTT will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Eligible Products
All Portable Monitors and All iLoop™ Products, including iLoop Digital Calendars and iLoop Digital Photo Frames.
This 48-hour benefit does not shorten the standard 30-day return window. After the first 48 hours, the regular return-shipping terms in this policy apply. All standard return eligibility and item-condition requirements below remain in effect.
Return Eligibility
Required for Every Return
All returned items must be like-new and unused, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and included components.
- Submit the request within 30 days of the purchase date using the email connected to the order.
- For eligible direct purchases delivered in Canada, TUTT provides a prepaid return label after reviewing and approving a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. A prepaid label is also provided for an eligible Portable Monitor or iLoop™ product when the return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery under the 48-Hour Easy Return benefit above. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return arrangements. Approved returns are processed for a full refund after receipt and verification.
- Items showing use, activation, pairing, registration, installation, software modification, or handling beyond inspection are not eligible.
- Open Box and Refurbished items follow the same policy unless different terms were provided in writing.
- Drones are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item

Submit the Form
Use the order email and include the order number and reason for the return.

Receive Instructions
Once approved, TUTT sends the return instructions and, when eligible, the prepaid label.

Ship with Tracking
Ship the complete item within 4 business days. Tracked packages only; no walk-in or drop-off.

Inspection & Refund
The return is inspected and processed within 4 business days after it is received.
Return Location
Approved returns are sent by tracked carrier to our authorized return location in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
The complete return address is provided with the approval instructions. The location does not accept walk-ins or customer drop-offs.
Inspection & Verification
Every returned item is inspected before a refund, exchange, or final outcome is completed.
- Serial records and shipment photos may be used for verification.
- High-value electronics and products with screens or activation features may receive additional inspection.
- A return that does not meet the policy may be declined and shipped back to the sender.
Marketplace Purchases
Best Buy Canada, Walmart, Amazon, and other marketplace purchases may also be subject to the platform’s return rules, communication requirements, and order-validation process.
TUTT may request the order number, purchase platform, purchaser details, photos or videos, tracking information, and relevant marketplace communication.
