About Québec Bill 29
Québec Bill 29, officially titled An Act to protect consumers from planned obsolescence and to promote the durability, repairability and maintenance of goods, introduced amendments to Québec’s Consumer Protection Act. For products sold to Québec consumers through authorized channels, TUTT Store intends to follow applicable requirements relating to product information, repairability disclosures, spare parts availability where applicable, repair services where applicable, and consumer protection obligations required by law.
Scope of This Compliance Statement

Applies to products purchased directly from TUTT Store or recognized authorized Canadian sales channels.
Eligible Products
Applies to verified official TakCan Inc. brands, including TUTT™, iLoop™, and SNIPA™, where model and purchase records can be confirmed.
Québec Transactions
Applies to Québec consumer transactions where Québec consumer protection law is applicable.
TUTT Store’s Compliance Commitments
No Planned Obsolescence
TUTT Store does not intentionally design, sell, or represent products as being intended to fail prematurely.
Parts, Repairs, and Maintenance Information
Where required by applicable law and reasonably available for the product category, TUTT Store will provide or disclose relevant repair and maintenance information.
Pre-Sale Disclosure
For Québec consumers, TUTT Store will make reasonable efforts to disclose whether parts, repair services, or maintenance information are available where legally required.
Good Working Order at Delivery
Products purchased through authorized channels remain subject to applicable statutory protections, manufacturer warranty terms, return policies, and marketplace policies.
Authorized Channel Limitation
TUTT Store cannot verify, support, or assume responsibility for products sold outside authorized channels. Customers should keep proof of purchase, order confirmation, product model information, and seller details for warranty, repair, support, or compliance-related requests.
