Please follow the video carefully before submitting a technical support request. If the issue is not resolved after watching the video, please complete the form below and explain exactly which step caused the issue.
Before submitting your technical support request
- Watch the video for the exact monitor model you purchased and follow each step in order.
- If the issue continues, tell us exactly which step you reached and what happened after that step.
- Include your order number, purchase platform, laptop or tablet model, operating system, and cable or adapter used.
Example: For an S6 portable monitor, if the issue happens during the H5 cable setup and the driver installs but the screen still does not connect, please write that clearly in the description. This helps our technician understand where to start and resolve your case faster.
